The test bench uses polydisperse experimental aerosols (NaCl, PAO-4 or DEHS) to quantify dust generation, and tests are carried out by the concentration and pressure changes of aerosol particles upstream and downstream of the tested filter material. It is suitable for testing a variety of filter materials (melt blown, glass fiber, PP, film and other filter materials), medical masks and some labor protection products. The self-developed measurement and control software is stable and reliable, easy to operate, and the operating parameters are clear at a glance. It is convenient to switch the test of different aerosols (NaCl, PAO-4 or DEHS).
