Purpose
It can generate air containing monodisperse particles with a certain particle size and a certain concentration, which meets the need for dust particle counter calibration by comparing the reference particle counter and the particle counter to be tested.

principle

This device is composed of aerosol generator, mixing system, flow reference and concentration calibration system. It uses the aerosol generation system to provide a quantitative supply of test particles, and uses uniform dilution, diffusion, stabilization, etc. to transport aerosols with a set concentration, and adopts aerosol photometer mass concentration standard device (reference photometer) or filter film to weigh Law as a traceability method.
